Digital Solutions & Brand Management — Indra Minsait

Indra / Minsait Senior Designer 2014–2022

Context

I worked for eight years as a Senior Designer at Indra Minsait, a global technology and consulting company present in over 140 countries, reporting directly to headquarters in Madrid as part of an international team. The role covered three complementary fronts: brand governance and management in Brazil, leading teams in the development of corporate digital solutions, and strategic communication with senior leadership in high-pressure contexts.

As the design reference in the country, I guided teams and vendors in applying global guidelines, maintaining consistency between local communication and international standards. In digital product development, I led design decisions and structured the processes that ensured coherence between design, technology, and business objectives across high-impact projects.

  • Structure design processes and design system governance across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Conduct corporate communications and crisis management with direct relationships with senior leadership
  • Ensure metric-driven deliveries aligned with the objectives of internal and external clients
